COOPERATION
         HZPH supply the customer with our good quality products, distribute products imported from the abroad to the domestic market, produce intermediates specially for an end user ( do not supply to the market in this case ), develop new products ally the customer.



 
SUB-SUPPLIERS

       HZPH only purchase the basic material of our products from specifically approved
plants. We regularly audit our suppliers to evaluate them not only the quality of the material, but also on their management of the manufacturing and technical staffs to ensure the stability of our products.
QUALITY

       HZPH have a full range of advanced Q.C. equipment and experienced experts to ensure the good quality of our products. Those, batch failed the analysis will be rejected by the Q.C. Dept. and returned to the workshop for reprocessing or taking other necessary action.
SAMPLES

       HZPH will send samples to customers in case of requesting.
       HZPH will send lab-produced samples only if specifically requested by a customer.
       HZPH may provide pre-shipment samples any time they are required, and keep the material till getting answer from our customers.
       HZPH keep batch sample for at least 3 years since the dispatch of the cargo.
DELIVERIES

       HZPH will deliver the goods strictly according to the buyers instruction in time, we ensure the package with correct labels and shipping marks if any, and the packing will be in compliance with safety and environmental requests..
DOCUMENTS

       HZPH will supply the buyer with full and correct documents that requested by them and fax them a copy as soon as the goods is dispatched.

 
CLAIMS
 

       HZPH accepts total responsibility for the quality of all products shipped to customers, and is responsible for settling all quality claims. Material with bad quality may be returned or replaced immediately after reconfirming with the remained batch sample.
